Diamond Services Safety Programs and Drug and Alcohol Programs is monitored and evaluated by the following services:
Diamond Services Company believes that a successful safety program begins with management commitment and employee training.
- New hires initial taining is done by using SafeLandUSA Basic Orientation and OSHA 10 Hour Construction
- Supervisors recieve OSHA 30 Hour Construction
Each employee receives over 30 hours of safety training annually in topics which includes:
•Confined space entry
•Electrical safety & Lockout/tagout
•Excavation, trenching, and shoring safety
•Fire extinguishers/ fire protection
•First aid/ bloodborne pathogens
•Hand & power tool safety
•Ladders and scaffolds
•Personal protection equipment
In addition to the annual training Diamond provides training and all required refreshers in:
•Confined Space Entry & Rescue
•40 Hour HAZWOPER
•Man Lift Operation
